Beware of carbonated drinks
Fruits that increase salivation in the mouth such as orange, tangerine, kiwi, lemon, grapefruit should be consumed. If possible, a piece of cheese should be consumed after eating dessert. After each meal, you should drink water or rinse your mouth. Since carbonated drinks can erode tooth enamel, their consumption should be limited.
